Core Self Reclamation Therapy
We are all born with a Core Self—an innate capacity for connection and love. Trauma can give rise to a Wounded Self shaped by trapped emotional energy in the body resulting in feelings of shame and false beliefs about our inherent worth. Core Self Reclamation Therapy helps dismantle these once protective structures by gently melting defenses, releasing trapped emotions and undoing toxic shame. This ultimately rewires the nervous system to safety while championing the Core Self to reemerge. Grounded in neuroscience, attachment and experiential therapies, CSRT guides people back to their inherent birthright of connection, self-compassion and love.

Accelerated Experiential Therapy
AEDP is an experiential psychotherapy that helps people heal by safely processing the overwhelming emotions connected to trauma, allowing new and corrective emotional experiences to emerge. Rather than avoiding pain, the work harnesses moments of crisis as opportunities for transformation, activating the brain’s natural capacity for change. Central to AEDP is the undoing of aloneness through a therapeutic relationship that serves as both a safe haven and a secure base. Within this relational safety, emotions that once felt overwhelming can be processed deeply, fostering resilience, new internal resources, and a renewed sense of vitality.

Polyvagal Informed Therapy
Intellectually understanding Polyvagal Theory is not enough, it is to be embodied. This work teaches you how to tune into and feel what is happening within your nervous system in real time. Is it flexible and safe or might it be stuck in a threat response? By attuning to your body’s signals of threat and safety, you begin to notice outdated survival patterns with compassionate awareness rather than judgment. Together we teach your nervous system how to return to safety and regulation when there is no immediate danger present. As this embodied, internal flexibility becomes more familiar, connection with yourself, others and the world begins to feel safe again.
Healing Effects of Emotional Attunement
Anxiety
Symptoms of anxiety are reduced by acknowledging and learning how to welcome core emotions. This allows us to get to the root cause of the symptoms, instead of simply managing them. Rewiring your body and brain back into safety and alignment in the present moment will automatically reduce symptoms of anxiety.
Trauma
We heal trauma by gently bringing the nervous system back into safety in the present moment. By focusing on strengthening your own internal resources and safety in the here and now, we work together to release traumatic memory activation in the body. This emotional release simultaneously helps update outdated thoughts and beliefs about oneself, others and the world.
Leadership
Living and leading from your core self benefits everyone—parents, therapists, healers, community organizers, and leaders across industries. When you show up from a resourced, grounded place, your presence naturally inspires others through clarity, purpose, and genuine care. Rooted in your core self, you remain flexible and balanced in the face of challenge, able to respond with creativity, compassion, and a fierce, steady love that invites others to do the same.
Depression
We meet symptoms of depression in the body. Emotions are biological and need to be felt and expressed through the body, not just talked about. Acknowledging what signal the body is sending to us when a particular emotions gets activated helps create the space needed to release it with compassion and care.
Relationships
By offering a safe, secure therapeutic relationship, we help you update any early formed insecure attachment strategies. Ways of relating to yourself, others and the world that once kept you safe, may find you abandoning your own authenticity as an adult. This work helps you update your ability to find within what you may continue to be searching for outside yourself.
Community
A strong sense of community is needed now more than ever. When safety is cultivated within, it becomes the foundation for feeling safe with others—allowing connection to grow from love rather than fear. From a place of presence and openness, differences feel less threatening and shared humanity becomes easier to see. As you stand more securely in your authentic core self, you not only strengthen your own sense of safety—you help create it within your community as well.
